Your order is shipped once your payment has been completed. You may contact our customer service center (easynarts@gmail.com) if you would like the change your current order statement (e.g. exchanges, returns, etc.).(For exchanges or refunds due to size exchange or simple change of mind, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.)
For discounted products, exchange or return is not possible (excluding product defects).
About international shipments: there may be a chance to charge customs duty fees such as tariffs or taxes – they are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please refer to your country’s custom terms and regulations which EGNARTS does not cover on orders. When the recipient refuses to pay for these customs fees or taxes, the parcel will be returned South Korea and will not be able to re-ship. Related expenses (e.g. customs fees or round-trip shipping, etc) will be deducted from the refund fee.
