Order, Exchange & Return Policy

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is completed. For order changes (e.g., exchange, return, etc.), please contact us at easynarts@gmail.com. Shipping fees for size exchanges or returns due to a change of mind are the responsibility of the customer. Discounted product cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product is defective.

International Shipping & Customs Policy

All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, which means the recipient is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. All shipments are made via Korea Post EMS, and delivery delays may occur due to incorrect shipping addresses.

If the recipient refuses to pay duties/taxes or declines to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to Korea and reshipment is not possible. In such cases, the round-trip shipping costs and any incurred fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
